If you're on the Kickstart plan, we charge a flat $499 one-time fee for every channel activation that you wish to run ads on. For example, if you'd like us to run your ads on Google Search and LinkedIn, the $499 fee will be charge twice.

The management fee is calculated based on your total ad spend under Kaya's management for a given month, starting from $999. The exact amount will depend on the amount that is being spent on ads. This fee will only kick in once the first set of campaigns go live.

It depends on the plan of your choosing. Our Kickstart plan offers full flexibility without any minimum period; whereas the Growth and Scale plans include a minimum of 3-month commitment period. For all plans, there is a minimum fee of $999 that's paid monthly once your first set of campaigns go live.
The process usually begins with a proposal based on your request. After submitting the request form, we’ll revert with a proposal within 3 days.
Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll do more in depth research on your products, competitors’ ads (if any), and proceed with the campaigns setup. If your request is time-sensitive, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
After filling up the request form, you’ll receive a proposal which outlines the details of the services we can offer, including the strategies and tactics that we will use to help you achieve your marketing goals.
After receiving the free proposal, you can review it and decide whether you would like to proceed with our services, or ask for revisions (as many as you'd want). If you are happy with the proposal, we can then proceed with the setup of your ad campaigns.
No, there is no obligation to proceed with our services after receiving the proposal. You are free to review the proposal and make a decision based on your own needs and preferences.
